At Breathwork for Children CIC, we help families understand and support their child’s nervous system, because when children learn to manage their emotions, home and school life become calmer, more connected, and grounded.

Through playful breathwork activities, mindful stories, and engaging workshops, we help children build confidence, focus, and emotional awareness.

We also support parents, teachers, and caregivers with simple breathing tools, calming techniques, and easy-to-use resources available to buy on our website, so regulation can become part of everyday life at home, in school, or in groups.

Services

We offer personalised breathwork sessions tailored for your child to improve focus and relaxation. These can be done in a group, 1:1 or as a family. Sarah also offers workshops for groups, classes or schools.
